Exploring In-body Wisdom

Establishing safety and relationship with mindful presence supports a deep exploration of self and reveals our natural ability to heal and change.

Many people arrive with insight from previous therapy, yet feel that something essential hasn’t shifted.

Informed by neuroscience and trauma research,  Somatic Therapy allows change to occur at the level of the nervous system, where ease, stability, and relief can be felt rather than understood. It’s the difference between knowing you’re safe and actually feeling safe.

My focus is on creating meaningful, lived experiences that support a return to the body — where regulation, presence, and a deeper sense of self can emerge naturally. Together we explore your needs and wishes, your felt experiences, and your unique challenges and desires for your life.

Rather than working solely with thoughts or narrative, we attend to the physiology beneath the story — the patterns and responses the body has learned over time. We bring curiosity, openness, acceptance and loving kindness.

Healing here isn’t about fixing. It’s about reclaiming, expressing, and making space for the fullness of who you are.

My approach is relational, attuned, and personalised. Drawing from training in Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Immersive therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Postgraduate level, Yoga & Breathwork, Embodied Counselling, Psychosynthesis, Imago Couples Counselling.
